Which pack size: 5 kg, 10 kg or 25 kg?

Bricolisse comes in several pack sizes to match the scale of the job, from a small repair to regular site work.

The three Bricolisse packs together: the 5 kg box, the 10 kg bag and the 25 kg bag.

It is the same filler in all three cases — an 8-in-1 multi-purpose interior filler, predominantly mineral, of natural origin, mixed with water. Only the pack changes, and it is chosen on the scale of the job.

5 kg: small areas and touch-ups

The pack for a one-off repair: a fixing hole, a chase closed up after cabling, a chip in an older wall. It is also the one to keep in reserve, without breaking into a bag.

10 kg: medium-sized jobs

A room, a ceiling, a larger repair. The middle size avoids opening a 25 kg bag for a job that will not use half of it — and an opened bag does not keep indefinitely.

25 kg: regular site work

The pack for the trade and for continuous work. It is the format for which the technical data sheet gives every figure, and the one stocked by merchants.

Mixing water

  • 25 kg bag: 15 to 16 L
  • 10 kg bag: 6 to 6.5 L
  • 5 kg box: 3 to 3.2 L

These volumes are published in full, without rounding: they are ranges, not single values.

Work it out before you buy

The site's calculator gives an indicative estimate from the area and the thickness. The result depends on the information entered and should be confirmed for each job.

Interior use only. For an unusual job or an unfamiliar substrate, consult the technical data sheet before application.
