Personal data
Privacy policy
This content is being drafted: it will be published once the legal information has been validated by Bricolisse.
01
What the site does today
- The contact form
- It records what you enter: the profile selected, your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your telephone number, company and postcode, together with your message. This information is used to handle the request.
- Consent is time-stamped
- The checkbox is mandatory, and the date and time of your agreement are kept with your request. Without that agreement, nothing is recorded.
- No personal data in the technical logs
- In the event of an incident, the server records only the nature of the error — never the content of the form.
02
What remains to be established
- Identity and contact details of the data controller
- Retention period for each category of data
- List of recipients and processors, with the contracts required by Article 28 of the GDPR
- Inventory of the cookies and trackers placed by the site
- How to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection
- Contact details for lodging a complaint with the CNIL
02-R
The commitments that make up a privacy policy — recipients, retention periods, processors — have not yet been settled with Bricolisse. Describing them today would mean promising what no one has signed. They will be published here once established.
03
Withdrawing your consent
You can ask for the information you sent us through the contact form to be deleted. The request is handled by a person, not by an automated system.
